Requirements
- 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience (verification of benefits, Insurance AR, and/or payment posting)
- 3+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting
- Ability to design and scale processes
- Proficiency with Excel/GSheets including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and visualizations
- Ability to write concise technical requirements and strategy documents
- Experience with Salesforce, payer portals, and similar platforms
- Familiarity with diverse insurance billing types (commercial, EAP, Medicare/Medicaid)
Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Cycle and payer expansion initiatives
- Perform structured project management and data-driven process design
- Own post-launch performance monitoring and optimization
- Diagnose issues and improve workflows cross-functionally
- Build scalable systems to strengthen collection performance
- Manage AR performance, collections, or cash flow in high-volume environments
