Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function
- Experience supporting growth in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Track record in process design and documentation
- Experience with onboarding process optimization in regulated payments organizations
- Experience successfully managing large-scale complex projects/programs
- Ability to think strategically and follow through in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity
Responsibilities
- Support sales leadership to drive weekly forecasting, pipeline generation, progression and deal closing
- Optimize GTM strategy, sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation
- Optimize sales funnel, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
- Drive planning efforts for sales strategy, quota setting, team structure, and account assignments
- Create analytical insights, strategic operational priorities, and key performance metrics
- Lead annual planning for revenue projections and headcount
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals
