Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function
  • Experience supporting growth in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track record in process design and documentation
  • Experience with onboarding process optimization in regulated payments organizations
  • Experience successfully managing large-scale complex projects/programs
  • Ability to think strategically and follow through in execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity

Responsibilities

  • Support sales leadership to drive weekly forecasting, pipeline generation, progression and deal closing
  • Optimize GTM strategy, sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation
  • Optimize sales funnel, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
  • Drive planning efforts for sales strategy, quota setting, team structure, and account assignments
  • Create analytical insights, strategic operational priorities, and key performance metrics
  • Lead annual planning for revenue projections and headcount
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals
