Requirements
- 7+ years of account management experience, preferably within an agency environment
- Experience leading digital, social, content, or creator-led programs
- Clear and confident communicator across presentations and written communication
- Experience managing global stakeholders across time zones and navigating cross-cultural relationships
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is part of the process
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead across the engagement.
- Participate in a standing weekly client status meeting.
- Lead and support a cross-functional team across account, project management, strategy, creative, and production.
- Collaborate closely with the account lead on the business.
- Partner with Project Management to oversee scope, staffing, budgets, and timelines.
- Surface risks early and develop solutions.
- Maintain high standards of work quality.
