Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or Sales.
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
  • Deep expertise in Multifamily SaaS.
  • Proven track record hitting team-wide quotas and managing expansion targets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong strategic mindset with ability to interpret data for sales narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor AMs on complex negotiations, consultative discovery, and multi-product expansion plays.
  • Perform pipeline reviews and 1:1s to ensure team quota attainment.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Managers.
  • Architect expansion strategy and playbooks for existing clients.
  • Act as executive sponsor for high-stakes account meetings and renewals.
  • Maintain team forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Advocate for customer needs to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Lead industry conference presence and join high-value on-site business reviews.
