Requirements
- 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or Sales.
- 3+ years experience in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Multifamily SaaS.
- Proven track record hitting team-wide quotas and managing expansion targets.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to interpret data for sales narratives.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor AMs on complex negotiations, consultative discovery, and multi-product expansion plays.
- Perform pipeline reviews and 1:1s to ensure team quota attainment.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Managers.
- Architect expansion strategy and playbooks for existing clients.
- Act as executive sponsor for high-stakes account meetings and renewals.
- Maintain team forecasts in Salesforce.
- Advocate for customer needs to Product and Marketing teams.
- Lead industry conference presence and join high-value on-site business reviews.
