- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing, multi-location, or global teams.
- Proven track record in hyper-growth environments.
- Experience coaching and developing senior talent.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical, program, and project management skills.
- Expertise in translating complex data into actionable executive insights.
- Deep knowledge of the end-to-end candidate lifecycle.
- Ability to prioritize and manage extreme ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and drive the multi-year, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy.
- Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, global team of recruiting leaders.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to forecast and manage multi-year headcount plans.
- Communicate a long-term vision and influence executive stakeholders on talent decisions.
- Shape and activate Marqeta's talent brand to attract top talent.
- Own the strategy and architecture for recruiting systems and reporting.
- Develop market intelligence on competitive talent landscapes.
