Requirements

  • Proven experience in a recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up.
  • At least some years' experience managing a Recruiting team.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines.
  • Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics.
  • Proven innovator with experience driving new initiatives.
  • Solid track record in results and moving at pace to meet scaling needs.
  • Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
  • High sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within business areas.
  • Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to ensure team meets hiring targets.
  • Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with leadership.
  • Drive innovation and explore new processes, programs, and tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the wider People team.
  • Identify, design and oversee high-impact TA projects.
  • Act as an advocate for global diversity, remote working and company values.
