Requirements
- Proven experience in a recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up.
- At least some years' experience managing a Recruiting team.
- Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines.
- Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics.
- Proven innovator with experience driving new initiatives.
- Solid track record in results and moving at pace to meet scaling needs.
- Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
- High sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within business areas.
- Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to ensure team meets hiring targets.
- Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with leadership.
- Drive innovation and explore new processes, programs, and tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the wider People team.
- Identify, design and oversee high-impact TA projects.
- Act as an advocate for global diversity, remote working and company values.
