Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Deep expertise in facilities category management.
- Proven experience developing category strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Strong background in supplier negotiations.
- Prior experience interfacing with clients or stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience in services industry or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience driving change management and cross-functional consensus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for facility categories and services.
- Engage with client stakeholders to identify priorities and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Own the end-to-end RFP process from data gathering to supplier contracting.
- Lead evaluations of supplier proposals using TCO modeling.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies such as value engineering and demand optimization.
- Perform research and analytics to validate savings and inform supplier negotiations.
- Build and manage best-in-class supplier ecosystems by category and region.
- Monitor and analyze spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
- Maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels, including C-suite.
