Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject.
  • 10-12+ years of HR experience with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • 5-7+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing a recruitment team.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Direct experience working with or supporting offshore Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in talent acquisition practices.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Proven Project Management & Change Management capabilities.
  • Executive Presence with a demonstrated ability to present data to the Executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and implementation of U.S. Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle across assigned functions and business areas.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 4-6 reports.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and labor market trends for data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage U.S. Talent Acquisition projects using robust project management practices.
  • Support Talent Acquisition due diligence and workforce integration planning related to M&A.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global leaders, vendors, and consultants.
  • Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
