Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject.
- 10-12+ years of HR experience with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition.
- 5-7+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing a recruitment team.
- 3+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Direct experience working with or supporting offshore Talent Acquisition teams.
- Subject Matter Expertise in talent acquisition practices.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Proven Project Management & Change Management capabilities.
- Executive Presence with a demonstrated ability to present data to the Executive level.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and implementation of U.S. Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle across assigned functions and business areas.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 4-6 reports.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and labor market trends for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage U.S. Talent Acquisition projects using robust project management practices.
- Support Talent Acquisition due diligence and workforce integration planning related to M&A.
- Partner cross-functionally with global leaders, vendors, and consultants.
- Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
