Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing onboarding programs.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Experience creating resources and tools for managers.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in survey design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in navigating and optimizing HR systems.
  • Familiarity with talent review, performance management, and career development cycles.
  • Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, design, and improvement of the 90-day new hire onboarding experience.
  • Build extensive onboarding programs covering culture, products, and performance expectations.
  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions and milestone touchpoints.
  • Develop manager guides, onboarding plans, and milestone frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and reduce friction.
  • Design and execute new hire survey strategies.
  • Support design and management of career development frameworks.
  • Synthesize engagement survey feedback and talent program metrics into actionable leadership insights.
  • Assist with talent review logistics and performance management enablement.
