Requirements

- 6+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing onboarding programs.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Experience creating resources and tools for managers.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in survey design and analysis.
- Proficiency in navigating and optimizing HR systems.
- Familiarity with talent review, performance management, and career development cycles.
- Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, design, and improvement of the 90-day new hire onboarding experience.
- Build extensive onboarding programs covering culture, products, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate live onboarding sessions and milestone touchpoints.
- Develop manager guides, onboarding plans, and milestone frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and reduce friction.
- Design and execute new hire survey strategies.
- Support design and management of career development frameworks.
- Synthesize engagement survey feedback and talent program metrics into actionable leadership insights.
- Assist with talent review logistics and performance management enablement.
