Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience.
- Startup experience scaling from 150 to 350 employees.
- Experience managing a distributed or offshore operations team.
- Strong understanding of multi-state employment compliance.
- Experience partnering with external vendors for payroll, benefits, EOR, and immigration.
- Strong project management skills.
- HRIS expertise.
- High attention to detail and data confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed offshore People Ops team.
- Establish workflows, quality standards, and SLAs for onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
- Drive HRIS data integrity, automation, and self-service.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and tax withholding.
- Lead open enrollment and manage health and retirement programs.
- Manage EOR partnerships and international workforce operations.
- Maintain compliance calendar and lead payroll audits.
- Coordinate immigration filings and visa tracking.
