Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience within the insurance industry.
- Significant leadership experience.
- Proven experience building new departments or functions from scratch.
- Direct experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce.
- Ability to manage complex carrier relationships.
- Strong analytical experience in ad revenue operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects of varying scope.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams and liaise with senior leadership.
- Ability to travel 25%.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor the account management team.
- Hire and stand up an inaugural Business Development function.
- Set success metrics for functional areas.
- Devise strategies to size and manage partner investment impact.
- Identify new lines of business through market intelligence and industry trends.
- Partner with Product to expand product relevance.
- Manage revenue ownership, points of distribution, and traffic monetization.
- Develop structured proposals for new business and investment growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and financial data to drive revenue growth.
