Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through new product commercialization and strategic account expansion.
- Strong experience selling into complex healthcare, life sciences, or regulated B2B environments (e.g., health systems, labs, pharma, or distribution partners).
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Experience supporting or leading post-acquisition integration and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and business case development.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined revenue portfolio tied to strategic accounts, new technology commercialization, and high-value growth initiatives.
- Lead customer-facing commercialization efforts for emerging technologies, including value proposition development, pricing strategy, and executive-level positioning.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to advance strategic commercial objectives.
- Drive post-acquisition commercial integration and revenue synergies in collaboration with corporate development and strategy teams.
- Translate technical and scientific capabilities into market-ready offerings in partnership with R&D, Product, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
- Develop account-level strategies including contracting, pricing, and deal structuring for complex commercial opportunities.
- Provide structured voice-of-customer and competitive insights to inform product development, portfolio strategy, and investment decisions.
- Lead executive-level negotiations, presentations, and proposals for strategic opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to strengthen market positioning and visibility.
- Contribute to long-range planning and ensure alignment with enterprise revenue objectives.
