Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in capture management or business development.
- Expertise in both Federal and SLED markets.
- Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes and SLED procurement cycles.
- Experience working with Federal Departments such as Treasury, FDIC, SEC, Education, Commerce, Energy, and Justice.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex pursuits.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
Responsibilities
- Lead capture efforts across Federal and SLED markets, ensuring alignment with MCI’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.
- Develop and execute capture strategies tailored to Federal and SLED procurement environments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding market trends and competitor analysis.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government customers.
- Oversee long-term and short-term capture efforts across cross-functional teams.
- Manage teaming agreements, NDAs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant responses to RFIs, DRFPs, and RFPs.
