Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in capture management or business development.
  • Expertise in both Federal and SLED markets.
  • Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes and SLED procurement cycles.
  • Experience working with Federal Departments such as Treasury, FDIC, SEC, Education, Commerce, Energy, and Justice.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex pursuits.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

  • Lead capture efforts across Federal and SLED markets, ensuring alignment with MCI’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.
  • Develop and execute capture strategies tailored to Federal and SLED procurement environments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government customers.
  • Oversee long-term and short-term capture efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage teaming agreements, NDAs, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant responses to RFIs, DRFPs, and RFPs.
