Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience building and executing partner programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue or pipeline targets.
  • Experience building programs from scratch in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Excellent executive presence and influence skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the end-to-end partner ecosystem, including technology partners, referral channels, alliances, and system integrators.
  • Build referral and partner programs from the ground up, including onboarding processes, engagement cadences, and pipeline tracking.
  • Develop repeatable partner activation playbooks covering enablement, co-selling, and joint marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product to maximize partner-driven revenue.
  • Analyze and structure partnership models, including revenue share and commercial agreements.
  • Manage partner communications, QBRs, and joint planning sessions.
  • Surface insights from partnership activity to improve internal GTM strategies.
  • Support executive leadership in evaluating new strategic partnerships.
