Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience building and executing partner programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations.
- Proven track record of owning revenue or pipeline targets.
- Experience building programs from scratch in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Excellent executive presence and influence skills.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the end-to-end partner ecosystem, including technology partners, referral channels, alliances, and system integrators.
- Build referral and partner programs from the ground up, including onboarding processes, engagement cadences, and pipeline tracking.
- Develop repeatable partner activation playbooks covering enablement, co-selling, and joint marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product to maximize partner-driven revenue.
- Analyze and structure partnership models, including revenue share and commercial agreements.
- Manage partner communications, QBRs, and joint planning sessions.
- Surface insights from partnership activity to improve internal GTM strategies.
- Support executive leadership in evaluating new strategic partnerships.
