Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience building and executing partner programs.
- 2–5 years of corporate finance, PE/VC, or business operations experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue or pipeline targets.
- Entrepreneurial execution mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong project management discipline for cross-functional initiatives.
- Executive presence and ability to present to C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical fluency and comfort with AI tooling.
- Prior Series B–D stage startup experience (Nice to have).
- Background in accounting, audit, or compliance tech (Nice to have).
- PE or VC investing experience (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end activation of the partner ecosystem across technology, methodology, referral, alliance, and system integrator partners.
- Build and manage referral partner programs from scratch, establishing systematic cadences and pipeline tracking.
- Build repeatable partner activation playbooks to scale the partnerships function.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to drive partnership revenue.
- Analyze and recommend partnership structures (upfront purchases vs. discounts vs. revenue share) to maximize outcomes.
- Surface learnings from partnerships to internal enablement teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on evaluating new partnerships based on market analysis.
- Lead partner communications, QBRs, and joint planning to drive engagement.
