Requirements
- Experience autonomously onboarding multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel
- Consistent delivery on team targets
- Proactive learning of technical or AI-oriented concepts
- Legal-curious mindset
- Comfort presenting live training and webinars solo
- Experience in fast-growing AI or SaaS startup is a bonus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or APIs is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Autonomously onboard multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel
- Consistently deliver on team targets
- Learn and apply new technical or AI-oriented concepts to customer work
- Present live kick-off, training sessions and webinars
- Manage 25-plus parallel onboardings
- Troubleshoot software, integrations and workflows
