Requirements
- Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience with NestJS, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Ability to demonstrate projects built in a real-world environment.
- Strong enthusiasm for and active use of AI coding tools.
- Ability to write effective code independently of AI assistance.
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn the product and growth domain.
Responsibilities
- Build features and fix bugs across the full stack.
- Gradually take on increased ownership of the product.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build referral and recommendation systems.
- Leverage AI tools in the development workflow to accelerate output.
- Develop and maintain frontend widgets, backend APIs, and data pipelines.
- Participate in company-wide and engineering team gatherings.
