Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably in the CPG and/or baking industry
- 3-5 years of experience calling on National & large Regional retailers in the grocery, mass and club channels
- Experience calling on Ahold Delhaize, Publix, Wegmans, Wakefern, Giant Eagle
- Degree in Business or related discipline
- Solid strategic sales and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional project management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Provide quality leadership and cultivate relationships for Silver Hills customers, brokers, and distributors
- Manage all selling activities within the region working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and forecast sales revenue goals for the region and execute effective market plans
- Take ownership of the account specific promotional plans and volume forecasts
- Demonstrate strategic selling skills using syndicated data and consumer insights
- Seek, create, and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and the overall market
- Manage retail account presentations and retail relationship to ensure satisfactory broker and distributor execution
- Represent all Silver Hills brands at assigned trade shows
