Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth product or CRO.
- Track record of running structured experimentation programs that moved funnel metrics.
- Fluent in experiment design (hypothesis framing, sizing, power, guardrails).
- Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Ability to write SQL and debug instrumentation.
- Experience using Linear and Figma.
- Strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Care funnel CRO workstream including auditing, hypothesis generation, prioritization, and test monitoring.
- Manage and curate the experiment backlog in PostHog and Linear.
- Set up and maintain per-experiment dashboards.
- Produce a weekly written experiment readout for stakeholders.
- Maintain a living CRO learnings document for future knowledge transfer.
