Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth product or CRO
- Track record of running structured experimentation programs in DTC, healthtech, or subscription businesses
- Fluent in experiment design (hypothesis framing, sizing, power, guardrails)
- Hands-on with PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar behavioral analytics tools
- Ability to build dashboards, debug instrumentation, and write SQL
- Experience working in Linear and Figma
- Ability to coordinate directly with engineering and design
- Strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the Care funnel CRO workstream
- Audit the funnel, generate hypotheses, size and prioritize tests
- Brief design and engineering partners, support QA, and monitor launches
- Manage and curate the experiment backlog in PostHog and Linear
- Set up and maintain per-experiment PostHog dashboards
- Produce a weekly written experiment readout
- Maintain a living CRO learnings document
