Requirements
- 6+ years of total product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience focused on growth at a high-velocity consumer startup.
- Proven track record of driving growth through experiments and product bets.
- Hands-on experience with referrals, lifecycle, onboarding funnels, and incentive design.
- Experience building and utilizing experimentation infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor to write PRDs and unblock engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and roadmap spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Build the experimentation engine, including tooling and analytics infrastructure.
- Lead product-side acquisition surfaces like referrals and partner integrations.
- Optimize activation funnels including wallet-based onboarding and conversion.
- Design retention and re-engagement systems like loyalty mechanics and bonus engines.
- Define and track key metrics such as cohort retention, LTV/CAC, and funnel dashboards.
- Execute at startup speed by writing specifications and running SQL queries.
