- Experience in carrying out projects and accountability for financial success.
- Robust professional experience with information systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior M-Files experience or product knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, and mentoring the Services team to achieve world-class delivery standards.
- Achieving billable utilization and employee satisfaction goals.
- Accountable for on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Handling escalations related to services engagements.
- Partnering with Sales to participate in the bidding process and owning Statements of Work.
- Managing unit operations including recruitment, resourcing, coordination, and billing.
- Developing consulting solution quality and competence development.
- Collaborating with Global Services to create and maintain scalable offerings.
