- Proven track record of improving delivery predictability, team performance, and execution quality
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience defining strategy, setting priorities, and allocating resources across teams
- 4+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Golang
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical investments, and organizational growth
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a unit of ~30 engineers across multiple teams through team leads
- Building and scaling engineering teams, processes, and organizational structure
- Defining unit strategy, priorities, and execution plans aligned with company goals
- Driving delivery across Marketing Automation, Bring-a-Friend, and Telesales platforms
- Improving engineering productivity, system reliability, and operational efficiency
- Developing team leads and strengthening leadership capabilities across the unit
- Driving architecture decisions and long-term technical direction for backend services in Golang
- Establishing metrics, planning processes, and execution standards across teams
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders
