Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training, or documentation management in health tech, clinical research, or SaaS.
- Proficiency in content management systems and Confluence.
- Experience with AI tools for drafting content, creating assessments, or building interactive learning experiences.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and LMS Administration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive new hire training courses tailored to various roles.
- Establish role-specific training programs to support employee growth.
- Continuously improve internal training materials including videos, manuals, and process documentation.
- Develop and expand client-facing core product training modules for the Help Center.
- Drive continuous improvements to Help Center documentation to optimize AI search functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and CX leadership to develop a strategic training approach.
