- Experience as a trusted partner and coach to senior business leaders and employees.
- Expert level in instructor-led and on-demand learning program planning, design and build.
- Experience in building leadership and team capabilities.
- Certified expert in one or more personality assessment tools.
- Strong stakeholder management with extensive program and project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to track and leverage data insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, eLearning design tools, and talent management systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage global Performance Management and Career Planning cycles.
- Build and track annual talent plans and success metrics to improve performance and upskilling.
- Collaborate on the execution of global and business-unit specific competency and skill requirements.
- Design, develop and facilitate instructor-led and on-demand learning programs.
- Innovate to achieve global reach in learning experiences through social learning platforms.
- Strategize and execute culture touchpoints for the first 90-day experience for new employees.
- Coach client group leaders and employees in career and development planning.
- Lead communication for HR talent practices, training, and engagement plans.
- Manage budget requirements for annual L&D needs.
- Project manage key HR-driven priorities including organizational restructurings and merit cycles.
