Responsibilities
- Stay informed on statewide initiatives impacting K-12 schools and districts within Texas.
- Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships in Texas.
- Partner with district leaders in Texas to create and implement professional development plans.
- Travel to support districts, provide professional development, and observe team members.
- Regularly observe professional development and provide actionable feedback to your team.
- Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
