Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Support, Healthcare Operations, or Customer Success
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology environments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proficiency documenting requirements, workflows, and bugs in Jira or Confluence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work closely with Engineering teams to clarify requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think through operational workflows and edge cases
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Document feature requests, bugs, workflows, and requirements in Jira
  • Assist with backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Define acceptance criteria and expected workflow behavior
  • Partner with Product leadership to align features with customer needs
  • Serve as a daily resource for Engineering to answer workflow and product questions
  • Track bugs and feature requests through resolution
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes
  • Assist with release coordination and internal communication
  • Participate in customer discussions to understand operational needs
