Requirements

  • 6–8 years of B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales experience
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Experience selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, or adjacent industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
  • Experience managing territory strategy and pipeline development

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract close for Solera’s Claims solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging challenges
  • Represent Solera as a trusted advisor to customers
