Requirements
- 6–8 years of B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles
- Experience selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, or adjacent industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
- Experience managing territory strategy and pipeline development
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract close for Solera’s Claims solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims leaders, and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging challenges
- Represent Solera as a trusted advisor to customers
