Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call targets.
- Background in the veterinary industry (required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at quick thinking and problem-solving in client interactions.
- Proven ability to manage preliminary stages of client engagement.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and adhere to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Execute targeted cold calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Meet minimum weekly demo bookings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the veterinary industry.
- Establish and nurture initial client contacts, understanding their needs and providing insights into our solutions.
- Engage in initial sales conversations with potential clients to lay the groundwork for future deals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of client accounts to project implementation teams.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
