Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations.
- 2+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience with people leadership.
- Strong experience supporting Go-to-Market organizations.
- Deep expertise in SQL and BI platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, semantic layers, and modern data warehousing.
- Experience building scalable reporting and analytics operating models.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
- Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function.
- Define and govern core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, and customer health.
- Develop scalable analytics operating models and self-service workflows.
- Lead strategy for dashboards and reporting in BI platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to improve business outcomes through data.
- Drive metric standardization and data governance initiatives.
- Support forecasting and revenue intelligence frameworks.
- Mentor analysts and elevate organizational analytics maturity.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled analytics and automation.
