Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of technical experience in business intelligence, analytics, or survey data analysis.
- 2+ years of project leadership experience.
- Advanced experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.
- Experience working with big and complex data sets.
- Expertise with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline data operations through automation.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills for executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Enable fast, reliable visibility into CAHPS & HOS performance.
- Design and maintain standardized reporting, metrics, and visualizations.
- Deliver daily/weekly dashboards and rapid ad hoc analysis.
- Implement alerting on meaningful performance shifts.
- Advise Stars leadership on survey performance and member experience strategies.
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and present survey and performance data.
