Requirements
- 10+ years experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields.
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- 7+ years experience in business/revenue operations, consulting, or IT.
- Proven track record implementing self-service BI solutions.
- Proficiency with BI and CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce).
- Fluency in data management tools (MDM, ETL, reporting, visualization).
- Experience with Alteryx and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to lead teams across functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a BI strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Establish BI architecture, governance, and standards for information accessibility.
- Define and monitor KPIs and manage external BI vendor relationships.
- Gather requirements and build automated reporting and self-service dashboard solutions.
- Design and document the BI model for key role personas.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and developers.
- Present complex data analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
