Requirements
- 5+ years of refinery, petrochemical, or industrial laboratory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing practices.
- Knowledge of instrument maintenance and calibration.
- Knowledge of quality systems, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Experience in LIMS administration or implementation support.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% across North America.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary implementation lead and refinery lab subject matter expert during customer deployments.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and map real-world lab processes into system workflows.
- Guide project planning and execution to ensure on-time delivery, adoption, and long-term success.
- Configure LIMS/QC workflows to support refinery sample tracking, QC testing, and product release.
- Align configurations with ASTM-based testing and refinery quality operations.
- Deliver structured training for lab teams and provide documentation/knowledge transfer materials.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and go-live.
- Support team standardization and mentor junior implementation specialists.
