Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiation
  • Strong independent and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to break down ambiguous goals
  • Experience in a fast-paced tech startup preferred
  • Experience in fully remote work environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and renegotiate existing partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and drive performance.
  • Own cross-functional projects with product and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement new operational procedures and quality checks.
  • Track metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive process improvements.
  • Manage daily store operations, order fulfillment, and member support tickets.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions.
