Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiation
- Strong independent and data-driven thinking
- Ability to break down ambiguous goals
- Experience in a fast-paced tech startup preferred
- Experience in fully remote work environment preferred

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and renegotiate existing partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and drive performance.
- Own cross-functional projects with product and engineering teams.
- Design and implement new operational procedures and quality checks.
- Track metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive process improvements.
- Manage daily store operations, order fulfillment, and member support tickets.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions.
