Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or agency partnerships.
- Specific expertise in the Spanish market and EMEA verticals.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about industries and agency structures.
- Deep expertise in social media platforms and X best practices.
- Strong client-facing, sales, and commercial skills.
- Familiarity with agency holding companies and existing relationships.
- Experience working with Sales XFN teams, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Track record in building, managing, and coaching sales teams.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Self-starter capable of managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue growth by managing industry sales and agency partnerships.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet quarterly targets.
- Actively coach and develop team on core sales competencies.
- Own quarterly regional sales forecasts, planning, and execution.
- Build and deepen relationships with agency and brand stakeholders.
- Develop and execute trading strategies for local collaborative agreements.
- Deliver educational training on advertising products and brand safety tools.
- Gather and relay feedback to Marketing and Product Development teams.
- Partner with sales teams on support plans and growth strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends to the wider organization.
