Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or agency partnerships.
  • Specific expertise in the Spanish market and EMEA verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about industries and agency structures.
  • Deep expertise in social media platforms and X best practices.
  • Strong client-facing, sales, and commercial skills.
  • Familiarity with agency holding companies and existing relationships.
  • Experience working with Sales XFN teams, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Track record in building, managing, and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Self-starter capable of managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth by managing industry sales and agency partnerships.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet quarterly targets.
  • Actively coach and develop team on core sales competencies.
  • Own quarterly regional sales forecasts, planning, and execution.
  • Build and deepen relationships with agency and brand stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute trading strategies for local collaborative agreements.
  • Deliver educational training on advertising products and brand safety tools.
  • Gather and relay feedback to Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Partner with sales teams on support plans and growth strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends to the wider organization.
