  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on and optimize a $100K+/month paid media budget.
  • Strong conversion copywriting skills.
  • Proven track record managing and monetizing a 10,000+ person email list.
  • Experience building and optimizing high-ticket conversion funnels.
  • HubSpot mastery including workflows, sequences, and lead scoring.
  • AI fluency for writing and optimization tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master promotions calendar across all offers.
  • Manage and grow a 100,000+ total email list as a primary revenue channel.
  • Write and deploy conversion copy for landing pages, emails, and funnels.
  • Architect and optimize full conversion funnels from traffic source to booked call.
  • Direct paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads with a $100K+/month budget.
  • Direct Revenue Operations on funnel builds and automation logic.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics to leadership.
  • Utilize HubSpot lead scoring to track and qualify leads.
