- Demonstrated ability to collaborate on and optimize a $100K+/month paid media budget.
- Strong conversion copywriting skills.
- Proven track record managing and monetizing a 10,000+ person email list.
- Experience building and optimizing high-ticket conversion funnels.
- HubSpot mastery including workflows, sequences, and lead scoring.
- AI fluency for writing and optimization tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the master promotions calendar across all offers.
- Manage and grow a 100,000+ total email list as a primary revenue channel.
- Write and deploy conversion copy for landing pages, emails, and funnels.
- Architect and optimize full conversion funnels from traffic source to booked call.
- Direct paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads with a $100K+/month budget.
- Direct Revenue Operations on funnel builds and automation logic.
- Report on marketing performance metrics to leadership.
- Utilize HubSpot lead scoring to track and qualify leads.
