Requirements

  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading successful sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Strong experience selling complex technical or enterprise software solutions; experience in software security is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and value-based selling principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline metrics, and market insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strategic and hands-on leadership approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the United States up to 30–40% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with revenue growth targets and overall business objectives.
  • Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within named enterprise accounts, focusing on upselling and long-term client value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring deep understanding of business needs and tailored solution delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to optimize positioning and execution across the customer journey.
