Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading successful sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
- Strong experience selling complex technical or enterprise software solutions; experience in software security is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and value-based selling principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline metrics, and market insights to drive decisions.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strategic and hands-on leadership approach.
- Willingness to travel across the United States up to 30–40% as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with revenue growth targets and overall business objectives.
- Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion within named enterprise accounts, focusing on upselling and long-term client value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring deep understanding of business needs and tailored solution delivery.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to optimize positioning and execution across the customer journey.
