Requirements
- Proven experience operating within early-stage tech environments.
- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and advanced knowledge of project management software.
- Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Outreach.
- Background in music technology or SaaS infrastructure.
- Previous experience in calendar management and executive project coordination.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely with core overlap during GMT hours (10:00–14:00).
Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize project management frameworks using tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Drive team-wide accountability to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles while anticipating risks.
- Monitor communication channels to ensure tasks do not stall.
- Attend technical meetings to capture action items and document decisions.
- Track and report progress across major initiatives.
