Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative and operational support.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Australian spelling and tone).
  • Confident in client-facing communication (phone, email, SMS).
  • Quiet, professional workspace for client calls.
  • Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, SMS, and messaging platforms.
  • Manage cleaner scheduling and job allocation using Tradify.
  • Maintain and update client databases on Google Sheets.
  • Manage the business owner's calendar using Motion.
  • Research potential commercial cleaning clients and build prospect lists.
  • Create and schedule social media posts and reels.
  • Coordinate job changes and communicate updates via WhatsApp.
