Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative and operational support.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Australian spelling and tone).
- Confident in client-facing communication (phone, email, SMS).
- Quiet, professional workspace for client calls.
- Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, SMS, and messaging platforms.
- Manage cleaner scheduling and job allocation using Tradify.
- Maintain and update client databases on Google Sheets.
- Manage the business owner's calendar using Motion.
- Research potential commercial cleaning clients and build prospect lists.
- Create and schedule social media posts and reels.
- Coordinate job changes and communicate updates via WhatsApp.
