Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4–7 years of experience in customer success, account support, or client services
- Experience using CRM systems to manage client data
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to support complex enterprise-level engagements
- Understanding of professional services delivery models
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to view and service clients holistically
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for license and membership clients post-sale
- Manage client engagements from onboarding through ongoing delivery and renewal
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client goals and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, delivery, product, and operations
- Support pre-sales engagements to ensure a smooth transition to customer success
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track and report on client metrics such as usage, adoption, and engagement
- Drive renewal rates, minimize churn, and grow annual recurring revenue
