Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4–7 years of experience in customer success, account support, or client services
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage client data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to support complex enterprise-level engagements
  • Understanding of professional services delivery models
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to view and service clients holistically

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for license and membership clients post-sale
  • Manage client engagements from onboarding through ongoing delivery and renewal
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client goals and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, delivery, product, and operations
  • Support pre-sales engagements to ensure a smooth transition to customer success
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Track and report on client metrics such as usage, adoption, and engagement
  • Drive renewal rates, minimize churn, and grow annual recurring revenue
