Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the annuity industry.
  • Proven track record in expanding annuity product lines.
  • Expertise in sales management and techniques for annuity products.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive network within independent distribution and Financial Institutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% annually.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction and expand annuity product lines.
  • Design and implement incentive compensation plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of wholesalers.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish strategic relationships with NMOs, IMOs, and BGAs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and execute marketing and activity action plans.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
