- 7+ years of experience in the annuity industry.
- Proven track record in expanding annuity product lines.
- Expertise in sales management and techniques for annuity products.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Extensive network within independent distribution and Financial Institutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% annually.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction and expand annuity product lines.
- Design and implement incentive compensation plans.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of wholesalers.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Establish strategic relationships with NMOs, IMOs, and BGAs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Develop and execute marketing and activity action plans.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.
