Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a project management role within a marketing agency, digital agency, or performance-driven environment.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, dependencies, and workloads.
- Familiarity with time tracking, scope monitoring, and documenting project updates.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1+), both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with approved strategies.
- Build and maintain project timelines, tasks, and dependencies using project management software such as Teamwork.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities across departments.
- Monitor time tracking, task completion, and project scope.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to internal stakeholders through regular status reporting and project meetings.
- Identify timeline risks, scope changes, or resource constraints early and escalate issues.
