Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning complex cross-functional technical projects
- Experience in IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Strong written communication with high attention to detail
- Track record of driving stakeholders and maintaining accountability
- Ability to understand and translate technical discussions regarding infrastructure and security
- High ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Experience inside a healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industry environment (nice to have)
- Familiarity with security frameworks like SOC 2 or HIPAA (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous executive direction into structured execution plans
- Own end-to-end project timelines and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Partner with engineering and IT leads to break down technical initiatives
- Coordinate delivery timelines for technical implementations and rollouts
- Maintain documentation and visibility systems for consistent execution
- Lead project meetings and synthesize discussions into action items
- Translate engineering and IT progress into updates for non-technical stakeholders
