Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical PM or Operations role within a digital agency.
- Proficiency in Jira (Sprints, Backlog grooming, Reporting).
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel (Workflows, Funnels, CRM management).
- Strong technical understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media strategy.
- Understanding of CMS architecture, API integrations, and landing page optimization.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Portfolio or case study of a managed multi-channel campaign.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage complex workflows in Jira.
- Ensure all sprints for SEO, Ads, and Web projects are scoped and tracked.
- Build and maintain automation snapshots, funnels, and triggers in GoHighLevel.
- Conduct technical audits and QA for SEO, paid media, and web/social projects.
- Analyze team capacity to balance workloads.
- Aggregate data to provide performance reports.
- Identify and mitigate scope creep.
