Requirements

4+ years of experience managing Shopify, eCommerce, or web development projects.
Previous experience working within a digital agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems.
Experience managing website builds, redesigns, migrations, or systems integrations.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage Shopify and eCommerce website projects from planning to delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy.
Lead Agile workflows including sprint planning, standups, task tracking, and retrospectives.
Build and maintain project timelines, documentation, and status updates.
Translate business needs into actionable tasks and technical requirements.
Monitor project scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks and help drive solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
