Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers.
  • Lead customer meetings including kickoffs and go-live milestones.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
  • Monitor success metrics, customer adoption, and utilization milestones.
