- At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-market customers.
- Lead customer meetings including kickoffs and go-live milestones.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.
- Monitor success metrics, customer adoption, and utilization milestones.
