  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and manage ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding customers
  • Lead customer meetings and document action items
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services
  • Monitor onboarding success metrics and adoption milestones
