- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and manage ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding customers
- Lead customer meetings and document action items
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services
- Monitor onboarding success metrics and adoption milestones
