Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved through effective coordination and communication.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain delivery performance.
- Managing stakeholder relationships by providing clear updates, aligning expectations, and ensuring consistent communication across all levels.
- Preparing and presenting project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
