Requirements
- BA/BS or similar college-level education.
- 5+ years of experience selling in the B2B software space.
- Experience selling to large organizations.
- Proficiency with G-Suite tools (Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets).
- Advanced understanding of SFDC or relevant CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Positive, selfless approach to teamwork.
- Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Act as a quarterback for customers and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Build a strong point of view to drive customer value.
- Segment book of business for optimal focus on top opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineers to execute negotiation strategies.
- Drive expansion conversations and sales renewals.
- Forecast projected expansion and renewals.
- Provide regular status updates to management.
