Requirements

  • BA/BS or similar college-level education.
  • 5+ years of experience selling in the B2B software space.
  • Experience selling to large organizations.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite tools (Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets).
  • Advanced understanding of SFDC or relevant CRM platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, selfless approach to teamwork.
  • Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Act as a quarterback for customers and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Build a strong point of view to drive customer value.
  • Segment book of business for optimal focus on top opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Development, and Solutions Engineers to execute negotiation strategies.
  • Drive expansion conversations and sales renewals.
  • Forecast projected expansion and renewals.
  • Provide regular status updates to management.
