Requirements
- 3+ years of IT or software sales experience.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
- Experience with SMB segment exposure.
- Proven ability to acquire net-new customers.
- Understanding of sales cycle, inside sales model, and consultative selling.
- Knowledge of BANT, objection handling, sales funnel, and pipeline management.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ability to perform 60-70 outbound calls and 40-50 emails daily.
- Graduation and Higher Secondary School qualification.
Responsibilities
- Drive Up-sell and Cross-sell by prioritizing accounts.
- Identify and acquire new users within existing accounts.
- Deliver quarterly targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings.
- Conduct customer research via internal systems, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
- Execute Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs.
- Manage lead and opportunity pipeline in CRM.
- Provide basic product demos to customers.
