Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT or software sales experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Experience with SMB segment exposure.
  • Proven ability to acquire net-new customers.
  • Understanding of sales cycle, inside sales model, and consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of BANT, objection handling, sales funnel, and pipeline management.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to perform 60-70 outbound calls and 40-50 emails daily.
  • Graduation and Higher Secondary School qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Up-sell and Cross-sell by prioritizing accounts.
  • Identify and acquire new users within existing accounts.
  • Deliver quarterly targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings.
  • Conduct customer research via internal systems, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Execute Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs.
  • Manage lead and opportunity pipeline in CRM.
  • Provide basic product demos to customers.
